Linking Suppliers to a Product

New Product

When adding a new product, you can immediately add a supplier to the product. You can do this by scrolling down when creating a new product until you come across the topic 'suppliers'. Here, you can add a supplier to a product.

Existing Product

To link an existing product to a supplier, you must edit a product via the menu 'products'. Then click on 'edit' through the pencil icon in the overview list or open the product and click on 'edit' at the top of the product page. To ultimately link a supplier to the product, scroll down until you come across the topic 'suppliers'. Here, you can add a supplier to a product.

?> Tip Also include the SKU of the supplier because on many delivery invoices, your SKU is not mentioned but the SKU of the supplier. When these differ from each other, you will have to start searching for the right product. Easy to fill in this information later on the product card!

?> Tip Products that are not yet linked to a supplier are automatically linked to the respective supplier when registering an order purchase. Handy for later obtaining an overview (stock) of all products from a particular supplier.
