Canceling Purchase Orders

It may be possible that an order cannot be delivered due to a certain reason. You can't simply delete a purchase order from Stoqflow. If an order cannot be delivered, you change the status of the purchase order to 'canceled' to cancel the purchase order. Subsequently, you can remove the purchase order (but we don't recommend this).

If you cancel a purchase order, you can still call up the purchase order to view the details. It is not possible to change the status of a canceled purchase order. If you receive a message again that the order can be delivered after cancellation, you can duplicate the purchase order so that it comes back to 'ordered' again.
