Customer Search

Via the 'customers' menu, you will get an overview of all customers created in Stoqflow. Are you looking for a specific customer? Then you can apply filters or search via the search bar. In this way, you can for example filter for all B2C customers or search for a specific customer.

?> Tip As long as you continue to navigate within the 'customers' menu, the applied filter remains active. To remove a filter (reset), use the cross icon next to the search field.

Filters

To apply a filter, click on 'filters' at the top. Then you can set multiple filters. For most filters, you can choose to display results that meet your criteria or to exclude them. To exclude a search in the overview, simply click on the '=' sign next to the desired filter.

Possible filters:

• Company
• Customer type: B2C or B2B

Search Bar

The following filters are available via the text box in the search bar:

• Customer number: the customer number of a customer
• Name: (part of) the customer's name
• Contact: (part of) the contact person's name
• City: (part of) the city's name

?> Tip You can combine the filters and the search via the search bar. For example, you can search for all B2C customers who live in Ghent.
