Manual Data Transfer

It is possible to manually transfer a full data set between a connected platform and Stoqflow on one occasion.

In principle, manual synchronization is only necessary when setting up a new webshop. Once the webshop has been linked via API keys, and the initial synchronization has been executed, Stoqflow will automatically synchronize the data. Only when new products were created on a connected platform, you can import these by means of a manual synchronization in our application.

For both Woocommerce and Magento 2 webshops, we can synchronize all data from the webshop platforms into Stoqflow with one click.

!> Warning Before transferring data from a webshop platform, ensure that all products in your webshop have been provided with a SKU (Stock Keeping Unit).

Navigate to 'Shops' and select the webshop you previously set up via the API connection. At the bottom of the page, you can find the button that starts the data transfer. Click on the button to start the transfer. You do not need to stay on the page; the process runs in the background. Upon completion of the transfer, you will receive a notification.

This is what will happen:

• New products from the webshop platform will appear in Stoqflow.
  • When the product already exists in Stoqflow, only additional information (such as description) will be retrieved. Existing information (such as name and inventory levels) will not be overwritten. Matching takes place by SKU.
• All orders with a status of 'in progress' (in Woocommerce) or 'processing' (in Magento 2) will be retrieved.
