Search for Purchase Orders

In the overview list of purchase orders, you can apply filters or search using the search bar. This way, you can quickly find a specific purchase order or all purchase orders from a particular supplier.

?> Tip As long as you continue to navigate within the 'purchase orders' menu, the applied filter remains active. To remove a filter (reset), you can use the cross icon next to the search field.

Filters

To apply a filter, click on 'filters' at the top. You can then set multiple filters. For most filters, you can choose to display results that meet your criteria or exclude them. For example, you can get an overview of all purchase orders except those with the status 'draft'.

Possible filters:

  • Company
  • Status
  • Supplier
  • Number of SKUs

Search Bar

You can filter using the search bar on a variety of items. Below is an overview:

  • Purchase Order Number: the order number of a purchase order
  • Supplier: (a part of) the name of a supplier
  • SKU: 'sku:APPLE' - SKU of a product that appears in a purchase order
  • Product Name: 'product:jonagold' - name of a product that appears in a purchase order
  • Delivery Date: 'delivered:…' - for example 'expires:01/01/2021' or 'expires:01/01/2021-31/01/2021'

?> Tip You can combine the filters and searching using the search bar. For example, you can search for all purchase orders with the status 'ordered' and the SKU 'APPLE'. You can also enter multiple search terms in the text filter.
