How can I connect to Sendcloud?

To work efficiently, we recommend connecting Sendcloud to your cloud application. In this way, you can easily print shipping labels. To connect to Sendcloud, follow these steps:

• Log in to your Sendcloud account
• Navigate to 'Settings' => 'Integrations'
• Choose 'Sendcloud API' as the integration type
• Enter 'Stoqflow' as the name, other fields (public key, secret key and webhook URL) may be left at their default values
• Save
• Enter two keys in Stoqflow via the menu item 'Integrations' and the Sendcloud integration

Sendcloud shipping addresses

To use some shipping methods, the shipping address must be located in the correct country. For these exceptions, it is possible to create a new shipping address in the correct country from within the Sendcloud backend.

When editing a Sendcloud shipping method in Stoqflow, you can enter the ID of this shipping address (found in the URL of the address in the Sendcloud backend) at the bottom of the 'sender_address_id' field. In this way, Stoqflow will use this address as the shipping address for this shipping method.
